El olor viene referido a las sensaciones que resultan de recibir unos estímulos transmitidos por el aire. En este número recogemos el olor de arquitecturas frescas propagadas desde el Levante Sur, con origen en las provincias de Almería, Murcia, Granada y Málaga, y que responden a condiciones locales desde una perspectiva global.
Decía Einstein que espacio y tiempo no son condiciones en los que vivimos, sino mecanismos mediante los que pensamos. Si el tiempo nos sirve para distinguir el pasado inalterable del futuro impredecible, el espacio nos va a permitir desenredar aquellos sucesos que ocurren de forma simultánea. Sucesos que aquí distinguimos por su separación local, pero que se podrían relacionar por su forma de afrontar el proyecto. Entendido éste desde el lugar en sus distintas realidades ambientales, territoriales, sociales, económicas, culturales o políticas.
Propuestas que se instalan-incrustan en el territorio-paisaje urbano. Afectadas por una lectura concreta del entorno, asumen posiciones valientes. Se apropian del lugar, suman, re-codifican y amplían su espectro*.
Estas arquitecturas planteadas entre bancales de antiguas huertas como el Centro de Artes Escénicas de Nijar. Líneas que delimitan y unen al mismo tiempo dos situaciones diferentes (Parque de Alborán). Nuevas oportunidades para repensar la organización de una empresa (SanzSport). Potenciar las condiciones naturales de un esquilmado bosque de pinos (casa de los Pinos). Regalar un parque-edificio a la ciudad (biblioteca de Torre Pacheco). Introducir el mar en toda la casa (casa CampoAmor). Crear un nuevo concepto de trabajo como suma de diferentes actividades (sede Peinsa). Restaurar con una nueva forma de mirar y vincular ciudad con territorio (Torre del Homenaje). Provocar un instante más en la biografía de una casa (DalBat). Una solución híbrida de arquitectura y agricultura (Casa con Huerto de Cerezos). Una mutación intima con el paisaje (Casa en ladera). Anudarse a lo preexistente (Guardería). Resolver un borde entre montaña y ciudad (Centro Social). Arquitectura volumétrica, contenida y compacta (Sede judicial de Antequera). O un sistema de procesado y construcción seca (Casa en El Palo, Pta).
Una lluvia de propuestas heterogéneas, enlazadas por su atrevimiento en el planteamiento y frescura en el resultado, es estornudada desde diferentes focos en el sur del Levante.

The scent comes referred to the sensations that turn out to receive stimuli that are transmitted by the air. In this number we gather the scent of fresh architectures that propagate from South Levante, from the provinces of Almeria, Murcia, Granada and Malaga, and that responds to local conditions from a global perspective.
Einstein told space and time are not conditions in which we lived, but mechanisms by means of which we thought. If the time serves to us to distinguish the past unalterable of the future unpredictable, the space is going to allow us to disentangle those events that happen of simultaneous form. Events that we distinguished here by its local separation, but that could be related by their form to confront the project. Understood this one from the place in its different environmental, territorial, social, economic, cultural or political realities.
Proposals that install-become engraved in the urban territory-landscape. That affected by a concrete reading of the surroundings, they assume brave positions. They take control of the place, they add, re-codify and extend its range*.
These architectures raised between the bancales of old irrigated areas like the Center of Scenic Arts of Nijar. Lines that delimit and unite two different situations at the same time (Park of Alborán). New opportunities to rethink the organization of a company (SanzSport). To harness the natural conditions of a exhausted forest of pines (house of the Pines). To give a park-building to the city (library of Tower Pacheco). To introduce the sea in all the house (CampoAmor house). To create a new concept of work like sum of different activities (host Peinsa). To recover with a new way to watch and to tie city with territory (Tower of the Tribute). To add a new moment in the biography of a house (DalBat). A hybrid solution of architecture and agriculture (House with Orchard of Cherry trees). An intimate mutation with the landscape (slope House). To tie to the preexisting thing (Day-care center). To solve an edge between mountain and city (Social Center). Volumetric architecture, contained and compact (Host judicial of Antequera). Or a system of processing and dry construction (House in the Wood, Pta).
A rain of heterogenous proposals, connected by its audacity in the exposition and freshness in the result, is sneezed from different centers in the south from Levante.
